Holy crap, big ordeal but I obviously survived it...since I'm posting and all....well to gross you out I've decided to post a shot of my back so you can see about what happened during this surgery. Have fun!

Hey, nice to know people from other areas are checking out my LJ, I got a bigtime surgery, they cut me down the spine and put titanium rods in there. Still kinda hurts but its healed up a ton!

The Story Behind my Back: Well basically I had something called hyperkyphosis that hadnt affected me yet, but would in time (hyperkyphosis is the forward curvature of the spine to an extreme degree). It wasnt really visible or anything yet, but the surgery was pre-emptive really. They took out one of my ribs, ground it up, put the graft on the top few vetebrae of my spine, and then threw some rods in there. The cut doesnt look disgusting anymore, it's just a big scar. I'll post a picture of it later sometime :D
