Beer tastings at bev mo stores today!
for dinner tonight: guacamole and blue tortilla chips, chicken tortilla soup, pico de gallo chicken quesadillas, and FLAN!

My flan method is a little different. I usually put a layer of water in the underpan. The real trick is getting the flan done enough that when you eventually flip it over it doesn't go SPLAT! I guess the main thing is the be patient and let it cool.
