It's because they got to set up their own country, so they could make anything they liked the way things should be. Can you imagine if the 4 of them fell into Narnia now? Peter the dedicated GCSE student with an interest in politcs, Edmund at that rebellious stage and has just come out, Lucy more interested in Twilight than real life...*is easily amused by what they would come up with for a country*
