Well, we got our letter today about the condo conversion, and I'm relieved. They DID decide to make the conversion, but apparently City of Saskatoon bylaw requires 3 months notice before any conversion can take place... and better yet, once the conversion occurs, the tenants have the right to maintain occupancy for 2 years. we got ourselves a mini-van here in RD, so we may come up more often for Games.
