The good news is that they're generally pretty well written these days (the ones that are alive, that is...), so Booster Gold and Green Lantern Corps and the like are worth checking out. While he's a legacy to Ted, so is Jaime the Blue Beetle (the JLI guys show up in his book now and again).
Guy and Booster are currently leering down at me from a shelf.

Ted was brought back in Booster's comic for a few issues, until he apparently sacrificed himself again for the good of the universe (there was timeline issues). However, I've heard rumors from the writer and such that he's actually still alive and hiding out somewhere, so he may show up again.
Action figures! The characters have finally been getting action figures lately. All I need are some Blue Beetles and Fire & Ice and I'll be golden.
