Bast-um-RA - Feline Goddess of Love and one of the three daughters of RA. She is the sweet one that lures you with her meows but take heed Love comes with its opposite if pushed too far.
Warm Caramel, Sweet Milk, Brown Sugar, Sweet Cinnamon Bark, Wallflower and Pale Vanilla.

The Eternals:
Eternal Luxor - The city of Luxor is full of this scent that comes in from the markets across the Nile. The scent of Coconuts and figs captured within the figment that is NA in our white Amber. We took our time for the coconut to age and with more time this scent will become harmonious to you during the summer months. I wanted something so similar to White Amber and blending these coconut oils and Fig oils we have achieved a balance of Egyptian Sun and the scent of the beauty that is Luxor.
NA Amber, Golden Egyptian Fig, Creamy Coconut Milk and Toasted Coconut Oil.

Pharaohs and Queens of Egypt:
Pharaoh - Egyptian King. Ruler of Upper and Lower Egypt.
Floating on the Nile the skies fill with thunder and the scent of fresh rain upon the dry Egyptian sand bathe the senses. For both male and female Pharaoh. Scents of the sea, bergamot and strength.

Egypt and her wonders:
Blue Nile - Winds from Alexandria send the scent of the market places bringing figs and spices over the breath of the Blue Nile. Whispering quietly across the blossoming petals of the Lotus flower and her reeds.
Scarab - Not what you think. The Ancient Pharaohs saw the scarab as a metaphor for their God Khepri. The scarab would push the sun at the beginning of all days into the heavens. Delicate fig and pumpkin sweeten the scarabs walk . Dark Egyptian Amber and Vetiver enrapture the desert sand. The scarab walks toward the sun just as delicate fig and pumpkin sweeten his walk away from it into the darkness of Egypt’s night. Renewal, eternal youth and resurrection. A sweet earthy scent.
Children of the Sun - As they looked up at the outstretched arms of the Aten the people of Tell el-Amarna praised their Sun God and thanked it for the brilliant light it passed down unto them. Sweet absinthe surrounds the anise seed that flowed from nearby bakeries in the city of Amarna. Foreign spice brought from across the ocean burned as incense and an offering to their sun and it's wake. The people of Amarna giving openly to their Pharaoh King Akhenaten and their Queen Nefertiti. A quiet scent of strength and great energy.
Purple Nile - Black Currant, Blue Nile, Red Egyptian Musk (the soft kind), a touch of Fig and Raspberry followed by a breath of violet.
What is a Purple Nile? In the darkest of Egyptian nights a soft wind came to the sand and breathed a peace into the night. Capturing, within its breath, a breeze off of the Nile where Pharaohs and Queens once sailed down within their Golden Barges. On a night when the Nile is Purple by the light of the moon one can imagine Egypt’s Pharaoh kissing softly upon his Queen’s skin bathed in moonlight relinquishing love in the cooling of the night… Or his partner or her partner… who can say. It’s all love in the end.
Egyptologist - Finder and archeologist of all things Egyptian. NA has attempted to recreate the beauty of spice while adding the subtle dust of a thousand years. A remarkable and wonderful thing indeed!
You can't have an Egyptologist without Egyptian musk! Tobacco Flower, Cedar, Sage, Red Egyptian Musk, Lavender and Orange Spice with a touch of saffron. A skin scent placed on your partner and then explored the way an Egyptologist would - hey, we need to make this about exploration after all! Find new things to discover with the power of scent. Scent shouldn't have a gender but this scent is of a masculine spice yet subtle enough by all means. An exhilarating scent if worn when robbing the tomb.
SPHINX - A lion’s body with a man’s head carved from a knoll of bedrock in the late 4th Dynasty. The Great Sphinx of Giza acted as a Guardian of the Necropolis. This beautiful sculpture was carved during the reign of Pharaoh Khafre.
Within dark corners where limestone falls into dust, night where the moon shines brilliantly down upon the face of a nation, a waft of scent that brings nobility within the shadows of its honour. A protector to the city of Cairo the Sphinx is the Guardian of the living and the deceased.
Amber, Milk Chocolate, Sweet Milk, Egyptian Coffee, Nutmeg, Vanilla Bean, Gingerbread, Dark Chocolate, White Amber, Anise and Poppy.
Mummy Daddy Caffeinated - By popular demand and voted #1 at the NA forum. Mummy Daddy with strong doses of Egyptian Black Coffee and the original aged recipe of our LE Mummy Daddy. A favorite amongst the NA perfume lovers. This is one to savor any time of the year. Nocturne Alchemy is proud to present it's #1 fan favorite scent into the NA Library.
From the Journal of Colin Endicott:
"A thousand years have passed since this tomb was sealed. I'm afraid the tomb robbers have already excavated the majority of it's treasures. After days of prying the tomb's golden lid open we have found the discovery of an entact mummy in the tomb. Consequentially in it's hand is a small jar full of delicious ungent and subtle spice. Upon opening the alabaster jar a soft breath was released and the only thing I could mutter was 'intoxicating'. I also felt like I needed a smackeral of some sort."
A decadent mummified scent of soft un-bitter Egyptian coffee, Organic Cardamum, Roasted Chestnut and Hazelnut entombed with a subtle dusting of Black Amber and quiet vanilla bean...very quiet...almost like a resting dust set upon Mummy Daddy's Sarcophagus. And a touch of chai because Mummy Daddy will not release me in time for Halloween if I do not add it.
The Nile - The longest River in the world. Flowing just over 4000 miles from Eastern Africa toward the delta on the Mediterranean Sea in NorthEast Africa.
The River that has outlived all Pharaohs and Queens, the scent combines lotus flower, soft Egyptian spices to reflect it's sediment, blue nile essence and sweet cucumber and intoxicating melon to entice a Euphoric place.

Egyptian Cities:
Memphis - Memphis was the capital of Egypt for Pharaohs and Queens throughout the majority of the Pharaonic period. Memphis was for the Ancient Egyptians what Washington DC is in present day. The city contained the government and the God's principle altar for religious cult. It was taken apart during the reign of the new capital Alexandria in 320 BC and it's stone, quarry and art dispensed into the building of what would become the new city of Fustat (what would become the capital of Egypt even after Alexandria reigned - what we know today and as capital - Cairo).
Sandalwood, Spicey Berries (the good kind - not the strong sour kind), Egyptian Musk, Citrus and Heliotrope. The Egyptian Musk used in Memphis is exquisite.

Gods, Goddesses and Deities:
Osiris - Husband and sister to Isis, Osiris was murdered by their jealous brother Seth and then thrown into the Nile. Osiris was resurrected by Isis thus mummification began. Within this resurrection Horus was born. God of the Dead and Ruler of the Underworld. The Egyptians celebrate his annual death and resurrection as the vitality and fertility of nature.
Egyptian Sandalwood, Egyptian cola root, sweet almond oil and the air above the Nile resurrecting life into the world. Heliotrope, basil, amber and bergamot breathe through a touch of cardamom. A subtle spice scent.
Bastet - Egyptian Goddess, daughter of RA, a gentle protective Goddess. Goddess of Love. A temple was built at Bubastis in the Delta to honour her beauty.
Red Egyptian Musk, Black Orchid, Honeysuckle, Dark Rose and Jasmine with a touch of soft vanilla. She will protect you under the guidance of the Sun.
Thoth - The God of writing and knowledge, said to be the one that created Hieroglyphs for the Egyptian people.
A room enraptured with soft linen flowing in the wind. A breath of fresh air coming from the nile and a papyrus full of symbols filled with stories and history of Egypt.
A beautiful Ocean scent. Clean and a wonderful scent for the writer in your life. A great clear scent to remove the obstacles and pave way for great wonders.
Sekhmet - The Goddess of War. The Powerful One. Daughter of RA. Feline, power and light. Sister and opposite to Bastet.
Lotus, apple peel, Egyptian spice, Egyptian coffee and a touch of vanilla and a breath of jasmine.
Sobek - Surrounding the temple of Kom Ombo Sobek, the crocodile God, was the God of water and fertility. The sacred lakes that surrounded the Sobek Temple were filled with the Gods animal incarnate. Sobek was first seen as demon and were highly feared by the people. Within the Nile the Sobek inhabited its water and eventually became associated with the fertility of the Nile thus the people became more respectful to the God for his giving of fertilizing the Nile.
This scent is to discover the riches of exotic fruit and exotic spice - well blended to bring a balance with the air that surrounds you.
Guava, Lime, Awapuhi Seaberry, Bergamot, Honeydew, Ylang Ylang, Myrrh, Clover, Tonka, White Amber, Chestnut and Brown Sugar.

Egyptian Sweets, Coffee and Tea:
Egyptian Black Raspberry - Delectable in it's subtle Egyptian breeze cooling one's skin from the long hot days ahead. Imagine standing just outside your bedroom door as the breeze of the Nile cools you and the Pyramids gaze across the city bearing witness to so much time gone by. Standing in a city full of so much history with the scent of Egyptian Black Raspberries nuzzling your senses to the night ahead.
Egyptian Black Raspberry with the subtlety of vanilla and fig. Enrapturing to say the least. This mingled with the sweat of your skin could lead to a very very intoxicating night ahead.
Egyptian Mango - Egyptian Markets full of spices and fresh fruit. The juicy fruit is rich in it's tropical nature drawing back to a time when Ramesses himself asked for the fruit to help cool him from the Egyptian Sun. Creamy and sweet and just in time for Spring and Summer. A first fresh fruit scent for Nocturne Alchemy.
Bassima - A delicious sweet often found in Egyptian open-air markets. Creamy Coconut with subtle butter and warm sugar. A delicious summer treat that melts in your mouth and on your skin. Blow on your wrist after applying and find yourself transported into the open-markets of Egypt where this sweet is boiling and then placed on silver plates. Once dried they are delectable in your mouth. A soft coconut, butter and warm sugar scent enriched with subtle nutmeg and fig. Fantastic for the spring and summer.
Egyptian Vanilla & Passionfruit - Hmmm. One day we sat there looking at all the spices, the florals, the aquatics, the fruits, the sweets and the oils we call Earths. Passionfruit was picked up and the intensity of it was bewildering. What would calm such a effulgent scent? After many tests and attempts Passionfruit was almost let go until an accident happened. Someone had opened the Egyptian Vanilla and left the cap askew. Tightening it a little oil touched skin. Already having blended Passionfruit with many attempts both scents mingled and then fought for control. The sweetness of Egyptian Vanilla against the tumultuousness of Passionfruit and the caustic nature of things set themselves aside to bring forth an illuminating elated state. What did I say?
Egyptian Vanilla, Passionfruit, Subtle Red Egyptian Musk and Egyptian Sandalwood carry the way to illumination.
Egyptian Caramel Coffee - “I’ve sat in this café before entertaining myself over and over with many returning cups of ‘licorice tea’. This time I am told over and over by the English in my hotel to have the Caramel Coffee and rave they go on and on. I attest to order another Licorice Tea but I am swayed to the cold this morning in Cairo has brought upon the city. I order the Egyptian Caramel Coffee expecting to have a rich black coffee covered in sugar. I am wrong. Deep coffee infuses the air as it is sat in front of me. Sitting on top of it a stiff foamy peek the colour of caramel and the scent of the Gods. Bringing it closer to my nose I inhale so much more. As it falls down my palette I am rushed full of giddiness and absolution. If there were any affinitive flavour to make a person fuel forward it is this. A positive sense has come across me and I must, without hesitation, return to the dig and find the treasure of lost Pharaohs I have searched my life for. Always move forward no matter what the day brings.”
Egyptian Black Coffee, Egyptian Caramel, Sweet Milk and more caramel offered by the Gods.

Dragons of Egypt:
Dragons of Egypt: Phyriad - The Fire Dragon Phyriad. Scent of Cardamom, Black Cherry, Sage, dark Amber and Moroccan Mint. Dark fire without the cinnamon.
Dragons of Egypt: Aphophis - Water Dragon disliked by the Sun God RA. His scent of sugar cane, cucumber, touch of cedar, white melon and a touch of citrus.
