This is why I did Terrance's tags back at uh...what was it...PetSmart, I think, with their tag-maker thing that's right next to the registers (you pay for tokens to use the machine). I'm pretty sure they do accents too...but then again, I haven't used one of those things since sophomore year when I made myself one...

Hi Jeni - I am a representative of GoTags and I researched this email conversation. In reviewing the conversation I can see where she misunderstood you and thought you had already ordered and was trying to locate your order. After that, she wanted to know what product you wanted because certain types of products can include accents, and others cannot, and she wanted to be sure to answer you correctly. When she told you to order and then she'd forward your request to production, she meant so that we could add the accent to your order (because it may not show up on the order form) and be absolutely sure your order was correct. She didn't intend that she would refuse to answer your question unless you ordered. We apologize that she didn't make it clear enough.
