Turns out I have pinkeye.  A pretty mild case of pinkeye, but pinkeye nevertheless.

But Xan, you ask, how did you get pinkeye?

The answer?  I have no goddamned idea.

Antibiotics for the next 5-7 days.  I should stop being contagious by tomorrow.

Alert the CDC.

Pinkeye totally sucks. You probably got it from touching a contaminated doorknob or something and then touching your face.

Ugh I hope that's how I got it. My family keeps ribbing me and saying that the cat used the litter box and then walked across my pillow or something. -_-;;
