The neighbors did assure us that the walls were pretty sound. They haven't heard him yelling on the few occasions when he's had temper tantrums. Greg's gonna check with them and see if they can hear the drums, and if they can, we'll do what we can to minimize it. I only wish we'd thought to buy this set before we moved, though, because for sure the douchebags downstairs from us in Cockeysville would have been disturbed...

My first thought was also that you should have given him the drums when you were still in the apartment. :)

We've got good, thick walls here, too. We have gotten incredibly loud at times, and our neighbor never heard a thing (we asked, once).
