So, Brothers & Sisters has been pretty lame recently, but I have to share one thing. I am so glad that Scotty and Kevin are fostering a child. I think using a surrogate or sperm donor to have a child is great, but when it comes to gay couples in the media, that is what gets all the attention. You can't adopt Irish children in Ireland. I find it so weird. Can you definitely still adopt in the USA? I suppose it varies from state to state.

D0 you mean just gay adoption? Actually gay adoption is allowed in every stats. Florida was the last state to have a ban on gay adoption and it was repealed in 2010.

Wow, I've never heard of a law like that. Yeah, you can adopt indigenous kids in every U.S. state.
