CICCU & Carols

Well, this evening, after a day which saw exciting post, a Russian history lecture featuring evil beetles, a Politics of Gender lecture where I was distracted by the fact the lecturer had a fob-watch, the doing of laundry, the having of a DOS meeting & the excitement of rostis for tea, I went to the CICCU carol service.

As I have never heard you sing, Xanthe, I cannot comment. But I'll agree with the randomly bursting into carol's, had Good King Wenceslas going round my head all day, alternating with Lo! He Comes, tis not good.

Let's all randomly burst into carolling joy!! I felt very festive after choir practice on Sunday, I must say. Looking forward to our inter-collegiate carol service; it's a fabulous atmosphere, plus, of course, the exciting game of 'fit the entirety of the University of Durham into Durham Cathedral'. It's a classic. CICCU is a nicer name than DICCU, I must say... :)
