You could send all the giraffes and they can say that there is nothing to be said or maybe you could send them armed with written instructions or burning torches?

D gets messages like that about his reviews as well. Mind you his last one was worth it cos they changed his inhalers completly and he has been tons better since then....although he is still 'not finding time' to go to his now overdue one!
