Am shattered. I went to Croydon & demonstrated I am a cripple. The doctor assessing me had a Spanish accent a few feet thick & he mumbled. This made things harder than is really necessary & I felt incredibly awkward having to keep asking him to repeat things. Because I have woe about not-being-working much of which links to the fact my peers are going off and establishing themselves in what they want to do & I can't yet & don't know when I'll be able to.

Would you be able to do part-time studying for a Masters degree? You ought to be able to keep your benefits if you do that and that would give you additional skills/a higher level qualification for when you are ready and able to start your career.

At the moment I'm not really well enough even for part-time study because the odds of my managing to work to deadlines are depressingly slim. Plus the cost would be somewhat prohibitive (bah). It's something I'm keeping in mind though - I don't do well when my mind has no formal occupation...
