Today has been devoted to Brownie Holiday preparations. Lots of paperwork stuff and a lengthy shopping expedition. Blumphle. Although I had a very nice card from a Brownie mummy in with the bits she dropped off today, which reminded me that the effort is worth it. Quite excitingly (well, in my opinion anyway), at CHQ I met an Indian Brownie

Principles do a size 6 (and even a Petite range, which is wonderous for smart stuff, if a little pricey), and so do H&M. Gap has stupid sizing but does go down to sizes that won't fit me, whatever they call them (she says, airily - I'm an 8-10), and Next Petite comes in a size 6, as well. xx

H&M and Next never seem to have size 6 in anything other than one completely random (and usually hideous) garment when I go in, but that may just be my bad luck... As for Gap, they do jeans that FIT (they might have grown a bit, but tumbledrying works wonders) so I love them... xx
