This morning was spent at the hospital. As you may have guessed, I have been known to have more fun.

( Cut because I cannot imagine anyone being that interested in what the physio had to say )

I hope the exercises help lots and am glad to hear you know how to breath properly, 'cos that is a helpful aid to living.

Gah, I am incredibly pants.

I'd completely forgotten about the appts this morning (not helped by Norman chanting the days of the week over and over again so I have no idea what day it actually is), gah, I'm crap.
