Xanthe vs the stairs part ???

As is my wont, i was a good girl and walked up and down a flight of 12 stairs.

Sadly I am having too much difficulty with this & it caused me too much pain for me to be considered stair-safe. *sulks*

pretty much no chance I'll escape tomorrow - roll on Monday...
