Hi - was just now reading your old postings to see if I recognized you. You might want to look up "beedi" in Wikipedia and/or Google; I've no personal knowledge of this product, but it sounds like they contain tobacco and are at least as unhealthful as regular cigarettes, so depending on your reasons for quitting cigarettes, beedis may not be a good replacement.

Yeah, the ones she had were specifically herbal ones, but I read about the others too. Finally got round to reading into them and forgot to update about it. Seem to be back smoking rollies recently, not too sure when it happened but I'll have to try again soon as no cash.
