And both my parents think I won't have enough time to see anyone aside from family/friends within a short driving distance since I won't be there for long (3 whole days and 2 partial days - and one of those whole days is Thanksgiving, which my uncle and I are driving a good hour-plus away, spending the day and evening there, and then coming back late that night).
If I was spending more time there, I definitely would have told you about it and given you a ring.
It's all good, with my schedule this time of year, I don't even see people who live twenty minutes from me, let alone in the Bay Area, but I am very excited for you! I hope you really enjoy yourself, you definitely deserve it. You have to tell me about the fun things you get into while you're there. =] Also, you are planning to see him//tell him, si?
Clothes shopping is always good. (Well, not for me because I'm a shopping addict, but everyone else!) It may seem silly, but I definitely think clothes help make you feel good about yourself. I mean, everyone enjoys looking in the mirror and thinking they look good and part of that is liking how the clothes you're wearing look. As for the boots, they sound cute, hopefully you can find a replacement pair that aren't meant to be sitting shoes as my mom calls them, haha.
I'm not planning on telling him. I'm literally going to step off the plane and go to his office - something I told him at one time that I would be inclined to do spontaneously. I'll be there right around his lunchtime, so maybe he'll be able to grab a bite.. and then hopefully we'll be able to make plans for some time during the next few days. I'm really wanting to "get this over with" - I need to know if we're attracted to one another/compatible in-person. We need to discuss the future; if there is a future. There's a time and a place for most things.. and the time and place for *this* thing will be then
