The dialogue was a lot of fun to write in this in the original version, and I confess I copied it verbatim in the overlapping scenes. You did peg my favorite line - the whole 'sex with Dean' banter - as well as the conversation with Sam.

Well, telling the other half of the story is all you. My original idea, sad to say, was more Dean POV and SAPPY as all hell. Dean, even in this AU, really isn't sappy - although he's a little more open with his emotions.

It is, however, entirely true.
Thank you so much for inspiring this. I thought I had lost my Strange Angels muse (apart from porny little stories) but writing this has rekindled my love for the 'verse. If I didn't have some smaller WIPs to finish, I'd dive right back in.

Well, I'm hoping that it's answering some of the questions you had. I confess I sort of mutated your idea - and the final author's notes will be very detailed. (I've just been skimming the salient parts so that certain things - like American Thanksgiving television - is understandable to those not forced to watch Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade every year. ;-P )
