Thank you! I worried that Pyro!Dean and Daddy!Dean might be too much for one poor fic to hold but it sure put a smile on my face to write it so...I hope it does the same for folks who read it. Plus, Dean with kids makes me all kinds of melty anyway... ;-P

This is adorable! I especially love Dean channeling his pyro tendencies into the fireworks display! ;P There's no doubt the man would put on an incredible show.

And I wholeheartedly approve of Dean choosing Hendrix's version of "The Star Spangled Banner" as the finale. ;) Personally, I think it's the best version of that song -- truly beautiful in such a unique way.

I figured if I was writing something schmoopy, I had to cut it with Dean's sarcasm. And I personally loved his whole sound check bit. I wrote that part at work after a really long and somewhat painful meeting to cheer myself up on a break.

I like the Hendrix version, too. There was no other song I could have Dean use.
