breaking the habit

day twenty-one:
still struggling with addiction...
bit thumbnail today during mtv awards.
am ashamed. re-painted nails red.

observations:
nails on left hand longer than on right. WHY?

* i have no idea exactly how many days i've been 'clean'. so i'm making it up. c:

I broke my habit for a month. and then one nail started breaking so I chewed it off...and there went the others

haha. I totally understand that. that's what I do. :P
but I have to be careful. when I'm not paying attention, or like watching a movie or something, I start to bite them without realizing. it's weird.
