A Normal Person Day

Today has been what I'd call my first 'normal person' day.

I got up this morning at 9:00 am and took Jake on a lovely long walk, then I went out for a nice pub lunch with my mum and grandma.  I spent the afternoon talking with my grandma and playing scrabble, then went down to the village post office with my mum and after that helped cook dinner and

That sleep you describe sounds great! I know that whenever i sleep i wake up feeling even worse, and it never seems to make me feel good, even when i really badly need it!

And it's amazing how much youve been doing! :o)

ahh you're so lucky to be able to do all that AND sleep well! it's amazing how well you're doing! i'm so happy for you. i can't wait to figure out a way to do this myself!
