i don't know, but i think it's more aimed towards SOPA/PIPA than worldwide? so our jpop and manga might be safe! XDD;;

Though it's worth noting that the owner of MU got in trouble for embezzlement racketeering, so not so much SOPA issues.

yeah i know, it's just really sad that it happened while everyone was so angry about SOPA/PIPA, now it makes them look even worse :(
