so i was making serradura for my friend's birthday, and i was whipping cream...

and then it suddenly became butter D:

good thing i was just whipping the extra bit of whipping cream i had left... or else it would be a disaster XDD

hahahah XDDD it's not that easy to make it to that state really, i was just whipping it a bit more than i needed to coz i added in some condensed milk :P

the butter made was pretty fluffy *_____* would be great on toast but i don't have a toaster XD
