hahah it wasn't that hard. i was marinating the mince in soy sauce/sugar/a bit of corn flour, and after around 10 mins i just scooped some out of the bowl i was marinating it in and started to shape it with my hands. then i just left it for a bit and fliped it a few times to make sure the shape stayed then just fried it :D
as long as you're careful with handling the mince/burger it shouldn't be hard :D

yeah the process should be the same. it's quite different from just dumping it on the frying pan/grill! but then of course it has a strong asian/chinese taste to it due to the soy sauce, so it depends of what you're cooking it with :P
my friend normally just adds a bit of soy sauce and pepper to give it more of a taste, so what you use to marinade is entirely up to you :D
