should i get nokia 5800 or nokia 5630???????

i'm liking 5800 coz of the big screen prettiness, but the touch screen is stopping me and people are saying it's not that nice?
the 5630 has the nice phone format i like, but it has a small screen and i still want GPS :(

phone buying is so annoying.

... Okay, I don't actually have one, but a friend of mine does and I play with it on a daily basis, I LOVE IT :D

It's pretty much the main reason I love the phone :D And I usually HATE touchscreens, mind you ^_____^

nice *______* i hate touchscreen too as well as slide phones, and flip phones... and side slide phones... but maybe i should try it :D

I have the 5800 and I think it's a cool phone \o/ The touch screen scared me at first, too, but it's actually really handy at times, and you actually have shortcuts on the display to galleries, alarm clock, digit field and your contacts(they're not a massive eyesore but pretty discreet). The only downside about it is that you cannot write a text message while walking or doing anything else (unless, you know, you practice like mad). Other than that, I love it. Also, the symbols are big enough so you can actually do most stuff (besides texting) with fingers. And the camera takes decent pictures, too :D

hm.. would you say it's hard to text? :x i wasn't too into getting a touch screen coz texting would feel weird when i'm so used to having actual buttons D:

It's not really hard, but I still usually use the pen thingie to type. My friend has the same phone, though, and she uses her fingernails xD So if you do it like that, you can also text while walking, I guess. But texting itself isn't hard, it's pretty much like typing with a keyboard. I missed using buttons at first, too, but you get used to it really fast :D
