there are loads of shops like phones4u or carphone warehouse or Vodafone or Virgin or O2
you go in, find a phone you like and you just...buy it? a package comes with it and everything.
Vodafone is the best service but the most expensive. O2 is good and you get loads of deals with like free texts and stuff.

Best companies to get your SIM card from is probably either Orange or O2.
