You're date & time setting is probably wrong. Check your month + date + year.

If you open gmail's website, hotmail's website, etc (where you can type in your password and username); does it says omething like:

'Certificate error; Page cannot be displayed'?

If it's becasue of that; then your date and/or month and/or year on your computer is wrong.

If not; then go to Tools/Internet Options/Advance in Internet Explorer; and click 'Restore Advanced Settings', then 'Okay/Apply'.

If that doesn't work either then can't help you.
