Heeeeeey~~ This is completely off-topic and out-of-the-blue but I'd just want to get your opinion about something~! XD

So you know that I'll be going to HK with an LJ friend on May 23-25 to watch the Laruku concert, ne? :3 But we're also planning to visit Disneyland and Ocean Park. (^_^;) But we're not so sure if we should purchase the entrance tickets online or we should just buy the tickets when we're there already. (^_~) Etou... What do you think? Would it be easy for us to buy Disneyland/Ocean Park tickets when we reach there or there's a very long line there all the time? (^_~) Anyway, sorry to trouble you! You're the only one I know who lives in HK sooo~~! (^_~)

hm.. i think it shoudl be fine to get ticket for ocean park on the spot, but disneyland i'm not too sure ^^;; it's not the peak season for tourists now, and the teenagers have exams and all, so there shouldn't be much people ^^

disneyland is quite far away from the city, so i think it is safer to make sure you can get in before actually taking the MTR there ^^; ocean park isn't THAT far away from the city (my school is a 5~10 minute walk away XD) and it's larger, so you should be fine :)

it's really nice ^____^ but then apparently there's a lot of restrictions to it, like how only SIM cards from a few companies can do it, a lot of the features (TV *__* and GPS) are locked/restricted and it's expensive ^__^;;

i only got my mobile, so i guess i'll have to stick with it XD

about the phones, I think you still need to make sure that the phone is tri-band/3G. The cheap ones tend to support only the Japanese phone system. (WHY does Japan have to be so special!?:P)

naaa i don't think so. apparently the people unlocked the phone like how they unlock iphones for overseas people, so any should be okay~ my SIM card is 3G anyway, so it's fine :DDD

As for the phone thing, I think it still depends on the phone... if the phone is physically incapable of picking up the local band, it's not going to work even if it's unlocked. It would be awesome if all Japanese phones could work outside Japan though, I'd totally want the keitai sosakan 7 one cos I'm a dork that wayXD
