then, upload each picture you want on here onto one of those websites.
then, go to where you update your entry and click "rich text mode".
then, where you want the cut to be so people click on it to view your pictures press the button that looks like> (...)
then, click on the little button on top that looks like a picture.
then, paste the http://www. ect.. link (that it gives you for each picture on imageshack) into the box that pops up when you press the picture button on livejournal.
then, i think you'd be done, i hope you can get all that, sorry if it's confusing.
