Yes, there is such a potion. I do not happen to have any currently in my stores, and I also do not believe Poppy keeps any on hand in the hospital wing, as it is not a most common malady, and despite the potion having other uses, there are more efficient ways to do most of those other uses, so it is hardly in high demand.
However, yes, I can brew it. It will, however, take approximately a day to brew satisfactorily. Therefore, Mr. St. Just shall have to deal with his situation until which point as I complete the potion. Perhaps that day shall teach him that it is not overly wise to antagonize Lucius Malfoy.
I thank you for your prompt response. I feel relieved knowing that you can fix this situation, and Mr. St. Just will be thrilled. I will let him know that you are working to brew the potion for him.
Thus far he has managed to get on rather well without his tongue, so another day shouldn't matter much to him. I am sure he is most appreciative of your efforts. And you are correct in saying that he has learned an important lesson. He feels rather foolish for having aggravated Lucius Malfoy.
Thank you again, Severus. I was confident that you would be able to help. I am sure Mr. St. Just is most grateful to you.
You're welcome, Molly. I'm glad I was able to help Mr. St. Just and intercede on his behalf to Severus. And Severus is really the one who should be thanked because he's making the potion to help Mr. St. Just.
I'm sure you were quite worried about him, being one of your "housemates." I worry about mine quite a bit as well. One adolescent, one child, and a house-elf. What interesting company I keep. *Shakes her head and chuckles*

I have already taken the liberty of notifying Mr. St. Just. As well as elucidating why the actions leading to his state were a... less than wise idea.
I have also begun brewing the potion, and barring any unforseen difficulties, it should be ready tomorrow.
