Your sister, huh?

And to answer your question, back home, rain usually meant chores, 'cause storms make me antsy.

Yes, Evelyn Carnahan. If I can convince her, I may bring her about the bar soon.

Chores? On rainy days?...that just sounds absolutely horrid.

Well, of course you should! I'll feed her for free if she shows up.

Monks are surprisingly mean sometimes.

If that is how it is, I'll have to bring her over often!

Oh? Rainy days aren't spent in contemplation?

Eh? Your sister...?

Um...on rainy days I usually do chores inside the house. Back home I would watch the shop as usual, or work on projects...whatever needed doing, really. Though sometimes I would just sit and listen to the rain. It can be very calming, though nothing ever gets done that way, heheh...

Yes, my younger sister, Evy.

You're a shopkeep? I suppose chores on a rainy day are a bit boring though, I prefer you last idea.

Sitting about and just listening to it all.

Your younger sister too...how wonderful! Please take good care of her. [Not-so-secretly missing her own little sister.]

Yes, I run a little cafe back home. It's never very busy, but there's always things to do.

Though to be honest, I agree with you. Chores aren't very fun, after all. I'd rather just sit and watch the rain for a while.

[Voice] lol okay but Jon can't type yet so...voice for him :D (very simple japanese) x_dilettante_x July 29 2009, 02:21:32 UTC
I plan to- of course it may not be so simple to do.

Ah a cafe, I do miss some of the street food from where i am from.

Well no chores to have to do here! Sit and enjoy the weather before it starts doing something horrible.

[Voice; English - And yes she was reading some of the comments below.] evy_carnahan July 29 2009, 01:29:07 UTC
Do you suppose the water outside is poisoned?

At least the ash stopped.

And also about your friend. She was reading some bizarre book the other day.

Most likely...whatever this Acid Rain is, can't be healthy for anyone.

Things will calm down eventually then go complete mad again. It's an odd pattern but, it's a pattern at least.

Oh? She read to me in the hospital, what was she reading this time?

[ooc:Excuse the lateness my connection went down unexpectedly. D:]

And it's always this type of pattern then? I most certainly hope so.

This book. It had a dreadful cover on it. I think it might've been from the future about scary stories.

What would I do on a rainy day....Invent or do some research I suppose.

Very wet, and muggy and exceptionally dreary.
