You're incorrect. The answer is that there is no answer. The riddle was designed to be nonsensical and there was no intention to give it a real answer.

Ah, but the entire purpose of nonsensical is to attempt to make sense of it.

As such there's been a few attempts to answer this unanswerable riddle- and all in all it does make it quite amusing.
