Check off one for the life goals...

One of my life goals has been completed.

I have laid down in the middle of a street for 15 minutes.

It's actually pretty comfy, all things considered.

Also, I am heading off on a much needed vacation to Carlsbad, our family's annual haunt. I know I'm on summer vacation already, but I'm so glad to get off work for a week.

Because there's a scene in "The Notebook" where they lay in the middle of the street in the middle of the night and when I saw it I decided I wanted to do the same thing someday.
I was at a sleepover with my friends and we went out on a walk at midnight. So it wasn't as if I just got up randomly and went by myself. I had company to watch for any cars. ^_^

Yeah. Carlsbad, California. It's a fun place.
