I love the SPN Promo. I'm a little worried about Cas, but for the rest i'm really excited about this season expecially i like the fact that it seems that we are returning to the big bad for all the season formula, but at the same time with a lot of stand alones/MOTW episodes in the middle (like season 2). I think this is the right path to follow.

I am on the fence. I don't expect anything from this season, just like in S6 so let's wait and see.

Yeah don't expect anything is the best way to enjoy a season in my opinion. Even because SPN is at its seven season so obviously we can't expect really exciting things. They have already told a lot and did a lot with these characters, so we can't expect something really new. But this doesn't mean that we can't enjoy a season expecially if we still love these characters deeply.
