Oh, this chapter was awesome, hon! It made me smile and want to hug Alec and Jared so much!!!!

Jared is his charge now, a charge he’ll protect with his life. - EPIC. I loved that, love that Jared has Alec to lean on, now. And it was so awesome of all of them to give him a place that shields emotion, too.
