I'm glad that the vids help to motivate you-- today's should really help, because I plan to experiment with yoga today. Maybe watching me will get you interested in that!

Lol, no, I am not popular at ALL!! I screen who I friend because on my last LJ I got in trouble for what I wrote, I had like twenty people posting about how I was a bitch and excluding me at school. And my boyfriend's brother is on LJ and there are spies EVERYWHERE! I swear!!!!
