I read the first book in the series and found parts of its slow (namely the bickering on the homefront stuff) but loved the action does it get better or does it stay at that level?

Sweet I read i just after reading another FR book with a simialr cover that was about the history of the elves told via stories which I throughly enjoyed also had a new Drizzt story in it if I rremember!
