Ug! Thats a horrible feeling isn't it? I've got the same problem. I've been staying up later, and sleeping in later. I don't like these 2 p.m. classes. I'm all for getting up at like 10 or something, and going to bed at 3, but you feel like shit when you go to bed at like 4 and get up at 12.
Now that I've got a few weeks off btwn jobs I am learning the art of sleeping in. Have to say, it's not all that it is cracked up to be. When I stay in bed until 10 the day goes by amazingly fast ... and I am still tired. That can't be right. :)
