Once you've cropped and resized your pic to 100 x 100, go to Adjust > Colour Balance > Colour Balance ((yes, that's right)) and have it on these settings:
S: -66, 78, 44
M: 75, -90, -9
H: -59, -38, -91
Preserve luminance (yes)
That's all it is! It works quite well with light browns and yellows. If there is anything else you wish to know about this icon just ask me and I'll answer the best I can ((I didn't make it with the intent of making it a tutorial, as I was stuck in a place with no Internet when I made it!))
