I'm in the process of decorating a new neighborhood, so I've been on a building streak and this is the result. Most of the time, I feel much more comfortable sharing lots than I do sharing other things, as I'm absolute shite at doing pretty much anything in Bodyshop/SimPE, though imo I'm fairly decent at decorating. Meaning that houses will be foremost on the agenda for a while. So, if you're not afraid of my taste in decorum, please proceed.
Things you should probably know first:
- I used what I would consider a lot of CC in this house. Though I am quite happy to report that the lot doesn't lag at all, even on my machine, which is 4+ years old and in danger of spontaneous combustion. So yes, I did playtest this house and all is well.
- Included are Maxis items from University, Nightlife, Open for Business, and Apartment Life. If you're missing some of these EPs, use the clean installer and it should still work.
- Lot size is 2x1 and the price is $45,458. About the latter, I apologize, but clutter is damn expensive and I used a lot of it. As far as specs, there's one bedroom, one bath, open living room/kitchen, side courtyard, and a small balcony space complete with telescope over the bedroom.
- Only a few items of CC are mine, the rest is from GOS, LJ and other various locations.
Now, finally, pictures.
