Irish for both, though there seem to be plenty of touristy, irish-fan-y type LJs already, so I would only do the first one, about shopping.

The only reason I was thinking about the Irish or dublin tourist is that for reasons unknown to me people keep asking about this sort of thing. However you're right, redirecting them to some of the Oirish LJ Groups might be a better move.

Apparently Miso has closed and there's an Italian place instead of it, I'm choosing not to believe until I see it!

I created Irish_shopper tho I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be mostly dublinners!
