Scary moment

We went to see a house in Finglas (stop snickering in the back!) and it's beautiful, 1300 sq ft.

It's laminate, and not bad. There is some carpeting and we would change bathroom carpeting to tile or wood - cause I prefer that to carpet in damp places.

Oh, yes, I think carpeting bathrooms is horrid! :)

We have laminate flooring in the kitchen and conservatory. Our bedroom is actual pine. We would like to rip up most of the rest of the carpeting and replace it at least with laminate. It's just easier. :) And I think it's prettier too.

Years ago I helped my dad lay red oak parquet flooring - now that was a chore!

I am to a degree too but trying not to pin my hopes

the only way you'd get 4 dogs in there would be if they were toy breeds!
