They're building the same kind of system we have in the UK - a post code lottery administered by accountants! And I don't know any way round it except to get rid of top-heavy administration and put the money at the sharp end where it's needed for doctors and nurses - or take out medical insurance and go private!

I have medical insurance and I'm deeply grateful that I do! Without it it would have taken ages to get a diagnosis and almost as long to get treatment. But I don't know how some of these people think.
