Knitting and socialising

So yesterday after work I went to a knitting event in The Constant Knitter where I was very nervous and talked a bit too much and lost the train of thought a few more times and fangirled a bit over Cat Bordhi and Kieran Foley (and told Kieran that I was in awe of his mad skilz) and networked a bit and had a lot of fun, which made up for failing to

You don't have to apologise to me: I always allow for anti-social periods (it would be very hypocritical of me to do otherwise :-) ).

I'd love to come over and visit all of my friends from my time in Dublin, but I might have some huge expenses coming up this summer, so all major indulgences will have to be postponed for a while (small indulgences, like ice cream on warm days are allowed).

I know that feeling, We regularly have not much, I allow myself some minor indulgences, though I've been more generous this year since I realised that Mac is quite generous to himself on a regular basis, I have decided that being good to me is a good thing.
