Just thought I should first clarify my meaning in the last few paragraphs of my previous post. Before anyone makes any associations...no, I don't hate/despise/resent those who are younger than me who fared better in the dating world

I just want to find fulfilment and happiness in life, wherever I am. I don't really like how people think you 'owe' patriotism to a country just because you're born there. To me whenever I refer to 'going home' it's going back to my family and house but not the country. Same as when I come back to Melbourne after a trip and go 'I'm home', it means my apartment =D Also just because I've not had the best time during my 'younger days' in Singapore and just because I don't want to go back and work there doesn't mean I hate it. I just prefer to live somewhere else as the lifestyle suits me better, that's all =D
