They're the Shadow Folk of Hyrule. Most people who aren't royal Hylians don't see them very often.

Take care, My Lady, you appear as a member of the Sheikah Tribe. Sheikah have not been seen in Hyrule for many generations. It might be best to avoid drawing attention to yourself if at all possible.
