If anyone wold like to stat some of these this year I have some extra peppers available. They are quite hot but good as flavoring :) Just let me know! (My mother plant came from the herb society sale and my garden is organic if that matters, no pesticides or chemical fertilizers) -

Upgraded worm bin for the win! Then again it may simply be that the initial compost has started to decay a bit to where they find it more delectable. In any case day 2 (counting from when the bin actually got put together right rater than the holding bin) I find several very healthy-looking worms withing the first 6 inches or so of the bedding. rescued a hurt and lonely puppy and got it into a foster at a vet who well nurse it back to health and get it into a rescue and bought lunch and gloves for a homeless man. The fact that I was able to help in both of these instances is only because others were willing and able to help me help. Adjusted vermicompost system to a two bin system today to allow for drainage and easier separation of compost from the "worm tea". The sun tea jar spigot isn't going to work since regardless of where I locate it in the drain bi it won't be flush enough to drain it... still working on that though.
