The great majority of people refuse to eat vegetables at all, or anything that is new or unusual. We could grow tons of it & most people would prefer to go hungry. Starving, tho, would be another thing altogether.

This is the argument I make for the asian carp infestation! Hello? FREE FOOD, and a whole lot of it! The asian carp is a primary food source for a large part of the world's population, it's causing our ecosystem harm, but if I ask for it at the grocery store they don't know what I'm talking about. Bring it on! I'll eat it! LOL!! :D
