And you've chosen a difficult form, my friend - five зрials, like a sonnet sequence in prose. But the opening of the story is intriguing. I am looking forward to read the next part

i try to give the characters a different voice in my fics... but this was a hard one (been tinkering with it for quite a while), still i hope now it's turned out ok as a whole.

wow like in old SF novels, which were full of that "spiritual" fellings and expectations...
